I had one of my dearest friends, Laura McDonagh, of Ponca City, Oklahoma, pass away from this cancer. She was only 30 years old--I didn't know about her death until two years after--things happened so fast and she was gone and when I did find out--I was completely devestated.
That was ten years ago, and it still grieves me--and it is difficult because I loved her so very much.
My hope is that when you read this note, you will carry my hope that she is at peace. She slipped away before I got to tell her how much she meant to me.
